This really doesn't look like a very effective road barrier until a driver tests it out by passing a car in a closed construction lane. It works fine.

ok so im sure someone already pointed out the fact that this isn't a construction zone accident, but rather a staged test for a barrier to be used in the warzone. It's on a military post and you can see the push/tow Humvee pull off at the last second. Clearly.
