The tenth (or ninth dimension, whatever) encompasses all the possibilities in every timeline in a signle universe. So wouldn't the tenth dimesnion (or eleventh) dimension be a line draw between every possible result of every timeline of two different universes?

This theory is premised on the notion that we 3 dimensional beings have trouble perceiving higher dimensions, just as the 2 dimensional 'flatlander' has trouble perceiving the 3rd. But that's not true, the comparision is invalid since flatlanders cannot exist to percieve anything for the reasons stated. We do, and we percieve the 4th dimension for what it is and move within it just fine. @puuuuchiI agree with ytsejammer. We don't percieve the 4th dimension for what it is as you argue. We can only see a single slice of it at a time, just as the flatlanders can only see a single slice of the third dimension. In a sense, the ant as does magically appear and disappear from one moment to the next. The ant I saw 3 seconds ago is not the configuration of molecules that I see now. I certainly cant see all moments of my life simultaneously.
