The stones were moved about 200 miles from Wales to Stone henge, its not flat ground, back then probably would have been boggy fields. So using stones on a perfectly flat piece of concrete would mean that's a long stretch of concrete with no evidence its been there. Wooden poles rolling under the stone, then when comes out the back place it under the front, is a more realistic method.

@Forgottenone By using the rocking technique tilt it one way, slide a board, tilt it the other way, slide another board in... slow... tedious.. but effective ... once he gets it up too the top.. all he has too do is use the pebble trick to pivot it. ... quite genius actually lol
