i think: i'd rather stick with my Yamaha S12e's, Gem Sound XP-450, and Behringer Xenyx 802 that works fine. 400 watts of pure high quality sound. You ain't got shitt on me. Haha :P

The reason this video was made was to show how to build an amplified speaker for cheap, meaning that you hook it up to your existing stereo. Most pple have shit Wal mart stereo systems. If you don't, good for you. I happen to not like only 120 watts per channel so my personal stereo system uses 4 of these amplifiers with a 600w psu. I have spent around $350 for all

OK, this isn't worth spending money to build: but it uses stuff that a lot of people have sitting around the house. I know I have at least 4 pairs of speakers in the basement at my mom's, and tons of old computers. The car amp, I don't know, but maybe my dad or brother saves those too. AC and DC currents: The pc power supply puts out an AC current and a car amp uses a DC current, so.... if you want to run the risk of breaking your amp or burning something down, go ahead and do this, if not, use a car battery instead of the power supply out of your moms computer.
