      @ToetsWRONG. Read the rules on how to get paid. Also note the lack of a "Paid!" image. Perhaps you, Toets, are the neanderthal...

     Is it me or did it look like that bike got up on its front wheel before even hitting the car? If thats the case is that something a bike can do if you hit front breaks?

  • Breakadminrqunts

    Breakadminrqunts - 3 years ago

     The bike was in the right lane, and moving left: driver's fault!

     Hate to say it but it was the bikers fault, if he was paying attention he would have had time to steer over to the right a little bit and avoid hitting the car.

      @BBBJTry riding a bike its not easy to turn so fast, for all you know he could of been turning earlier, you didn't see him before the hit

    • ladicius

      @BBBJfault: 85% idiot driver, 15% biker

      @BBBJTotally agree....the biker had more than ample time to move over. I've been riding for years and you just learn to use the force....you know when someone is going to do something stupid like that driver. The driver's at fault for making a bonehead move....the biker is at fault for not paying attention. Could have been avoided.

    IT LOOKED LIKE THE BIKER WAS STILL MOVING....REMEMBER WHAT LAWYERS SAY:"WHEN YOU HIT SOMEONE AND THEY ARE STILL MOVING....RUN THEM OVER UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE". WRONGFUL DEATH SUITS ARE LESS OF A HASSLE.

  • Deadbird17

    Deadbird17 - 3 years ago

    If this occurs in America, then the motorcycle rider is probably being sued by the car driver for whiplash lol

    actually guys, this accident was intentional. the biker owed the pimp some money, so the pimp messed him up. you can see him getting out of his car to hurt him some more at the end.

    ONE WORD - Panic.....what happened to the breaking ratio 75-25, or lean, he almost made it. There is always the jump option, suited more though to head on situations. My brother did that, cleared it and had time to wave at the passengers on the upper deck of a bus as he passed by. Luckily he limped away and avoided certain death.
