....: Lame. Hottest pepper is over one million scoville units. If you eat it and are not EXTREMELY conditioned to hot sauces and peppers, it can actually make you pass out. It made one guys lips turn blue and sent him to the hospital. I'd like to see some guy on the street eat one....

Now the "artificial" facts.: Adding lab-concentrated capsaicin crystals will artificially raise the "heat" up to 16 million Scoville. However, doing so really only amounts to taking a flavourful and all-natural hot pepper sauce and adding purified, super concentrated, unflavoured, capsaicin based "police spray", which is less natural and has little resemblance of real, traditional, spicy food. (i.e. If it's synthesized in a fucking chemlab, why not remove it from the "Which sauce is hottest" debate?)
Here are the "natural" facts.: As of 2006, mankind's worldwide study of plant life simply hasn't uncovered any peppers that rate higher than the Habenero, which measures in at about 300,000 Scoville Units (580,000 max. recorded). So, by definition, no sauce made exclusively from all-natural hot peppers has rated any higher than that. I believe that should satisfy anyone asking which "genuine hot pepper sauce" is the world's hottest. If there are other natural factors to consider, I'm interested in learning
