A hot dentist with big tits cant do her job because her patients keep staring at her cleavage. If thats what my dentist looked like I would have the cleanest teeth in the world. Cleavage is sort of an amazing thing: it taps into the male (or female, possibly) imagination. No one really likes cleavage; they just like what it represents, namely being able to see the rest of the boobs. Cleavage is like a highway billboard that keeps reminding you of the attraction ahead.
