  You actually need two sources of wind power: I don't know if you guys noticed- but he can't steer. He could go downhill and on a flat surface if someone pushed him. All he needs is a LARGE fan on the back and a way to direct the wind... (not an expert, but seems logical.)

  Here ya go break, Ive just obtained the building instuctions;: 1- take old peice of shit round metal, 2 -drill hole and stick leaf blower in hole, 3- stick chair on top, 4 -put a douche in the chair, 5- look like a tool riding this peice of crap.

  I made one in boyscouts.: Innoculation mentioned a buddy that did it in boy scouts. It was in Boy Scouts Magazine. My dad and I built one when I was about 12. Instructions: Take board, duct tape and tarp, cut tarp to make air pocket under board, duct tape it to board, cut hole in board for leaf blower, set chair on board.

  EaSy: I made one of those last year for our science fair we had to do. it wasnt near as neat as theirs, but i didnt really spend all that much time on it.   Instructions: Believe it or not, I have a buddy that made one of these like 20 years ago. There was a Boy Scout magazine that had an add you could pay five bucks and they would send instructions. At that point in time, leaf blowers were unheard of, so it used an old vaccuum cleaner. The construction consisted of nothing more than a circular piece of plywood with some holes to mount an air device of some sort (only needs to put out a few PSI), and a makeshift skirt around the bottom of the wood to contai

  simple: all that is, is a leaf blower, with a plastic inflatable tube with holes on the inside to make it "hover". then you just put cardboard on top of the plastic tube, then prop a chair then walla, ....they dont have steering but it works on a hill
