  No..: I have seen a subbed version of this and what is really going on is the man's vocal chords were damaged during a routine surgery. The woman had her spine damaged in an unrelated surgery as well. The man at the end had his vocal chords accidentally damaged as well. All in all, this is like the most serious topic I've ever seen on a talk show and this is the one he chooses to laugh his ass off at. Priceless =D Definitely one of the best moments in TV history.

  If I'm correct this: was a show about surgery gone wrong and homeboy with the high voice had his balls mistakenly chopped off. As awful as that seems I still couldn't help but laugh mine off watching this.

  from a Flemish program...: This is from a Flemish program of 'Woestijnvis' (a production company): 'In de gloria'. It is one of the best humouristic Flemish programs ever made. I have the whole program (with other sketches) on cd. As I say, this is all (very well) acted, it is a sketch. The girl in the wheelchair and the guy with the moustache have undergone medical surgery, but as you can see, it went totally wrong, and the presentator can't bahave seriously. Priceless... lol
