This driver is an absolute psychopath. After side swiping another car he looks like he's gonna take off but instead he sticks around and tries to run over the other driver. This guy is friggin insane I hope he goes to jail.

Hit and run over......: Not! This video was on "Most Shocking" and the cops showed up and put the driver of the SUV in jail, other guy never got hit, his car did, but not him.

No winners here...: Yeah the guy in the Jeep is crazy, but the other guy was no saint either as he was instigating the entire fight. Granted, the Jeep driver may have hit his car by accident, but coming out in a fit of rage trying to start a fight in the middle of the street is not so classy either. And what did he do when the Jeep driver did finally come out to fight? He started backing away...
