That is just pure Abuse of power... If I were the EMT's or the family of the person inside the ambulance I would have gone to court over it.. There is no excuse for a HPM to use force like that.

Even if it is the law that the ambulance is to yeild to the cops, once the cops stopped them realized there was a patient in the car they should of just said "next time yeild" then let them on their way with God speed. I sure hope his mother was ok. How horrible for her and the husband and son....this is very sad

I live in Louisiana and i work in Weatherford, Ok., I'm there 14 and 14 and i tell you those Hipo's the most robo wanna be's i've ever seen, they are what you call the p---y's behind the badge. They are the most prickest cops i've ever been around. I really feel for that dude that had his throat grabbed like that, thats an easy law suit that i would for surely do.

Okay. I know a lot of guys on OHP. Yes, most of them are not the brightest guys. Some are more intelligent than others. These guys not being the smarter ones. ade worse when the cop approached the situation with "rookie-like adrenaline" moves. He should have been more sympathetic with the fact that there was an ailing person in the back of the ambulance. Both parties looked like they got their priorities FU.

Okay. What I saw was that the cop stopped the speeding ambulance because there were no flashing lights or sirens. the ambulance driver when requested by the police driving alongside to explain what was going on only made a forward motion with his hand. WTF? How was the cop supposed to know if the ambulance was stolen or not?
