This helicopter pilot has some major league big balls. Hes performing stunts I would be afraid to attempt in a simulator.

It's not as hard as you would think. Once you get a feel for an aircraft it's just like an extension of your body. For help with simulations goto: HoverControl.com

It's for real.: The four-blade hingeless main rotor with composite blades ensures high maneuverability. A Bo 105CBS used for promotional purposes by Red Bull USA is fully aerobatic, performing loops, rolls, Immelmanns and other maneuvers normally regarded as for fixed-wing aircraft only.[3][4] All main systems (hydraulics, electric, fuel, lubrication) were designed to be fully redundant.

FAKE!!!: That’s totally a CH53 that’s been “pimped out” to look like a BO 105.. No German helicopter could ever do that.. They just got envious at the US cause they knew their technology was inferior, then they invented this lye about the BO.. It’s been perpetuated through the use of RC-helicopters and “camouflaged” CH53’s ever since..

@mangemangLet me sum things up for you in one simple abbreviation; STFU! And I will add n00b to that, if you do not mind.. 1. Your comment is lame and totally lacking any point or “punch line” 2. Your spelling moron with an “e” in the middle makes it abundantly clear to everyone that you do not grasp the basics of the English language. 3. You totally missing the fact that it was an ironic comment only further damages your standing here. 4. My employment as a development engineer in the rotor design department of the

@mangemangrotor design department of the firm producing the BO105 rotor blades does suggest I have forgotten more about helicopters than you have ever known about them..

MBB Bo 105: A very fast helo and great for med evac too (it's got these lil' clam shell doors under the tail rotor boom to slide litters in through).

@md83mxYou are so dumb. It is a rvg-458 with dual inverted biplexing injection dextrons. I flew them for the CIA on covert ops during operation "vexport" in NAM.

No doubt the pilot has military flight background...: most of the moves they were doing on the video were all combat maneuvers. IOW - how to lose a bogey & reacquire them from behind in order to take them out & keep your own a$$ alive. (read = d o g f i g h t ) all real - not possible in experimental craft as they are not designed to handle the g-forces of rolls & stalls - military craft on the other hand... check out their website - Skyfender.com - tells you a little about the different aircraft.

Awsome: These helo's are usually used for medical transportation. At around 4 mil each that one expensive ride. They can roll at about 150 degrees per second so they are pretty manuverable too, so perfect for airshows.

@FireHawk3029No...: this is not an RC heli. If you watch a video of an RC, you see a highly pronounced nitro exhaust spewing from near the main blades. This is real. Crazy, but real.

@VirtRampwow: dude, did you not notice that, like planes, helicopters also use an element of role in piloting/controlling them, as well as yaw and pitch, just like a plane, moron
