  @assman6912ana and ckan u both suck cops, he had no charge against him; the cop says, "it doesn't matter," of course it doesn't matter to the pigs, they aren't being arrested for doing nothing. even if he was crazy you can't say 'you are under arrest and it doesn't matter why'. those pigs can suck it. haha.

  @assman6912taon7, good points... I think thats why the cops let him go so easily because they knew at some point that they had no legitimate reason to arrest him, and they couldn't figure out what they were going to charge him with, and to top it off they were being video taped so they knew any police brutality would be magnified and publicized by the media.. which is our greatest ally when it comes to putting bad cops under the radar... :)
