what happened is: her grip got stuck...either he grips are too big or they malfucntioned and the dowell in side them wrapped to far around the bar for her to let go...."grip lock"

@sjh482um: no. Just from watching the video you can see her leg hit the bar on the way down and made her stop rotating... Mr. Expert I believe you might be experiencing "douche lock."
