A stick between the door and the frame became the catalist to the event. As you can see, after the topling of the water cooler, the door stayed ajar because of the obstruction that caused the topling. Life would have been spared if the cleaning lady did not place the broom so it could wedge between the door and the frame, thus topling the water fountain in to the empty box and causing this cat-astrophy.
