  Hmmm...no hostage, not threatening to harm himself, and plenty of moments he was distracted while texting, and more than 5 cops with guns and batons standing around doing nothing. either this dude was refusing to vacate the only spot his phone picks up 4 bars or those are the worst cops EVER!
