Stun gun or taser, when Voltage is involved, nailing people cover in water is just childish, and dangerous. This guys luck his buddy didn't have any under-lining, unknown heart, or brain problems. This kind of bone head prank has killed before. What would have been funnier would be to see you do that to yourself.
