OK..so it's ok to walk the streets with a loaded rifle strapped to your back? What state are they in? in indiana you have a "conceal and carry", which I understood to mean that you can carry a gun, just not have it visible...

not very many cops would have handled that situation like that and the do not have the right by the constitution to tell us what kind of arms we are allowed, arms meaning anything that can be used as a weapon.. think about this one how old is the word armory and what did they keep in it anything from swords, spears. guns to grenades. so with that said really we have the right to any weapon in the world, because arms is a vague and versatile word.

@ you sir are the most ignorant of them all. I'm all about having the right to bare arms. but when you are just walking around with a gun that looks to be a fully automatic weapon and it is instilling fear into good citizens then the cop has the right to check the weapon out.
@jaynukem There's a huge difference between having a pistol in a holster and walking around in public with a MP5 around your neck. The second example looks like a psychopath getting ready to open fire on people, the uneducated one is yourself for not understanding basic logic like that.

@Paul-Gray-624 WRONG, you are fully allowed to have full automatic weapons but have to have the class 3 stamp and permit showing that you are lawfully capable and able to own and have one.
