Tiger Woods can swing a golf club at roughly 125mph. This is a slightly faster hit using a 70,000fps camera hitting a ball against a piece of titanium. Amazing how much the ball deforms after the hit.

You have issues if you think that is a real Golf ball, Search google for Slow motion Golf ball, the ball deforms a little bit but it doesn't get flattened.

  @haredxrubber is not a proper material description. Urethane can be rigid or very soft, like rubber. A golf ball depends on a fair amount of compression in order to function. Most of it is made by tightly wound urethane, silicone or latex rubber.
