Dude i was here!! This is at Sandy Point State Park in Maryland right at the foot of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. It was for the Polar Bear Plunge. Crazy event where ppl get companies to sposer them to jump into the Bay and the procedes go to The Special Olympics
