They could make the prank even better by involving paramedics to catch the person talking to a TV (the paramedics would come and grab the "crazy person" claiming the Tv really talks to them while the guy on the Tv stops talking to the victim)

If I was president I would nuke France, Iran, and Korea as an example of why other countries should bow down to us.
