There are different types of fire extinguishers for different purposes. What these morons used on their friend was a dry chemical extinguisher. If they were going to do this stupid prank at all, they should have been using a CO2 fire extinguish which sprays harmless, but very cold, carbon dioxide. At work, we had three types. The old fashioned water kind you turn upside down to use. Those were for fires like paper in a waste basket where you need the water to soak down and get to the bottom. We also
