I think the lesson here is pretty clear: don't curse at a judge in Salt Lake City.

@CocknBallsssthe disrespect of the first amendment? It does not state that you cannot use the word bullshit or you get tased by 5 cops in the first amendment.

    • stprofessore

      stprofessore - 2 years ago

@CocknBallsssyep and if the judge can do this and get away with it means he can do it to you and every body else

    • swiftybmr

      swiftybmr - 2 years ago

@CocknBallsssPerhaps you (or he if we're dealing in hypotheticals) should show some respect to Judge; if not the Judge himself then to the position for which he represents. Judges can typically earn 4-5 times the amount in private practice but yet choose to run for office or choose to accept appointments. If he hadn't been aggressive the offices wouldn't have tazed him. There is a procedure by which individuals can appeal the decisions of Judge so that one Judge can't ultimately rule with impunity or "get away with it"

Okay fellers, no one in the audience but five cops? ding ding morons!! The judge knew that he was going to have a fight with this guy and he was ready. The minute that he said "bullshiit" it was over.

  • trollkill

    trollkill - 2 years ago

There was no one in the audience, that argument was not new in that courtroom. Lol, rights or no rights, let another court decide with a lawsuit, but I say, what a loud mouth!

  • ls1z28chris

    ls1z28chris - 2 years ago

Wow. I'm leaning towards excessive force on this one. Dude cursed, which is a no-no in court, but if that was his first outburst this is uncalled fore.

  • trollkill

    trollkill - 2 years ago

He said bulshiit. Correct me if I'm wrong, law students, but you cannot even wear a hat.

Fuking pigs, im so sick of their complete abuse of power. Cowardly sadistic fuks, your so quick to use a taser because of a lack of skill in subduing someone. This isnt American or american like. This country is fuked, and its the ones in charge who are bringing it down. Modern day Russia. No country stays at the top forever. Its just sad to see its rulers bringing it down so quickly. Weve got a bunch of idiots in charge people. And its not gonna get any better....

    • BiggoNiggo

      BiggoNiggo - 2 years ago

@Devilzrejktwell i dont think he was being combative as you can only really see from the front i cant tell if he is giving up his hands. However i do believe the tasing was unnecessary. The amount of officers was enough to handle an elephant. But I guess the police would rather taze u than have to worry about losing their breath wrestling around.

From 04 wow 5 years old who cares. As far as excessive force goes, the guy was resisting them trying to handcuff him. If they break his arm whle trying to cuff him he can go and sue and you would all whine. Guy should of been calm stated his case and moved on.

    • erikweber

      erikweber - 2 years ago

@shedourskinif you are not calm, it is not against any laws or reason enough for the actions they took, its only when you are aggressive, and not standing still that that should have happened

The force WAS excessive. There were at least five, maybe six, deputies used to handcuff the guy. At what point was a stun gun needed to gain the upper hand on him? They already had him outnumbered six to one. It was a trigger happy court cop who should be suspended for unnecessary use of force. You could still hear his loud mouth attempting to bully the defendant after the guy was in custody.

    • Aplekore

      Aplekore - 2 years ago

@SWATguy9613 Translation - You know dik about use of force and they aren't called court cops moron. There are known as Baliffs. SWATguy my azz... wannabe is prolly a better name.

@SWATguy9613....and by the way, Einstein, it B-A-I-L-I-F-F....bayyy-lifff. Can you say bailiff? Good job, Phonics master.

    • Nazarius

      Nazarius - 2 years ago

@SWATguy9613hey Aplekore.... A bailiff is a "court cop" They aren't traffic cops, or detective.. They are officers or the court.. Don't be such an ass next time Noun (n) bailiff (an officer of the court who is employed to execute writs and processes and make arrests etc.)

    • Aplekore

      Aplekore - 2 years ago

@SWATguy9613Naz I'm aware what a bailiff is. My point was more directed at someone havin SWATguy as there signon and not knowing what they are talking about. Otherwise I could have cared less what was said. You may now step off his jock.
