This is quickly becoming my favorite prank in a while. It's so easy to pull off and you can get so many people at once. Tell everyone they need to line up against the wall for a photo and while they're saying cheese....

  @gvdhkExcept for the lucky ones: who were on the corners/edges and got away before the bulk of the flour/cocaine hit. Also, it would be great if it were one of those advertisements for 3rd world country kids lining up to show the world what they can feed and support for a month with a dollar donation and they got 300 kids who only wanted a meal so they could survive until the next day in hopes of more food.
