those are Asian Carp and they are basically inedible. The species has destroyed freshwater fishing in many states. There's a video of a guy putting a small electric charge in a river & the whole river literally disappears because of so many fish jumping.

These things asian carp and they are an ecological cancer. They were accidentally introduced during a flood years ago and no one can stop them. They will destroy every ecology they invade. That includes every sport fishery. If you find them, report them. If you catch hundreds of them, just kill them. This is the most extreme of examples of what not to do with alien species. DON NOT turn them loose. Take them back to where you got them or - I know it sounds cruel - just kill them. If you can't do either one,
