  I agree with agentshatter: I have a bike, and it would pass both those things like nothing, plus much easier to weave in traffic. Your screwed if you crash but it's the price you pay.

  Oh come on pleeeeease: Stop the dreaming folks. Here r some eye opening facts, Ferraris cost to much. They r as reliable as ur average Lada. They cost a lot of money just for maintnance. A 600cc superbike(R6,GSXR) with a 500$ aftermarket pipe sounds better. U can find much better right here in North America, ex. C6 corvette!
