Folks, the video is from Russia where insurance companies don't care for dash cameras and police cars can't afford them. I am actually serious. I visited last year and most people I met had a dash cam in their car - as a way to prevent the cops trying to get a bribe. When cops pull you over for no reason in Russia (this happens all the time) and see a camera in your car - they usually simply let you go. There.

not neacisarily true my nephew for insurrance pourpouses has a cam installed in his car since he is a minor which records both out side and inside the vehicle it even lets the insuror know if any of the passengers has there safety restraints on or not and they in turn notify the guardian or parrents paying the insurance company technology and how can u tell if it was a female driving there is no audio which are in all patrol cars

Number one we don't know it's a woman, number two they were driving WAY too fast for the road conditions and number 3 it looks like it could have been a police car vs. police car since it had a dash cam. I don't know about you but I don't have a dash cam in my car.
@rwperkinsjrThis video was filmed in Russia, where a LOT of people have dash cams (a way to fight the police corruption)... actually in a video from Russia, if there is a dash cam that's probably NOT a COP car as cops don't really have those.

"Female Driver" ...WTF break. You don't see or hear the driver, bur I trust it's a female, I can also assume that she's driving a station wagon and they're in north Dakota. I can just tell.

its the dash cam of a cop car. The cams keep 30 second loop of video in a buffer at all times. It will send the last 30 seconds to the HD if, like in this case the g-load sensor is tripped as a result of the crash. Also, activating the lights or siren will case the system to save the last 30 seconds.

stop the video at 22 seconds. whatever the person was doing that fast be it an officer on a call... they did hit a cop. you can see the decals and light bar on top.
