  There is such a thing as a f-1, made by Mirage, but this is a F-18 BLue Angel a/c, you can see the marking on the tails, plus the F-18's destinctive horizontal stabs that are pivoted on the empanage.

  Flex the legs: He tells him to flex his legs to help push the blood back to his brain during the high G's. You can tell its a F-18C by the vertical stab and the head box on the ejection seat. The pilot doesn't pass out because he is trained to use his muscles to push the blood around his body.
