welding: oxyfuel welding sucks.. looks like he was oxy cutting metal and the metal gets to the kindling point which is right before it turns into molten metal but it just looks like his helmet fell off i wear my helm loose because it is uncomfortable but an explosion would sent the molten metal flying which looks like a chunk that just got cut which would be bright orange like that

@boomer24No explosion: The steel shovel tooth he had been trying to get out of the pintle crusher decided to leave all at once. His head got in the way and was removed. This is a mining operation. There are better safer ways to clear the crusher, but they take longer. Time is money you know.
