@hogbertoHave you ever in your ignorant life ever tried to kick or propel an exercise ball? Though they may be easy to lift, they do carry substantial weight, and their physics transfers a lot of force due to the way it compresses and expands on impact, a shot to the face maybe would not do damage to your face, but would definitely knock you on your back simply from the inertia that thing would pack into your kisser.
