If you notice the image is spinning one direction, and then when it goes flat the reverse the spinning and it come right back at you and that is what is tricking your brain.

I can't figure out if I'm pissed our hosts aren't as good as their presenters, or if I prefer being treated like the moron I am when I watch TV? Yes, this is the same thing as the statues at Disney Haunted Mansion, but it's still an optical illusion. And Stephen Frye is just funny, and smart, and has a crooked nose. What's not to love?
