These are some prototype's of some planned skyscrapers to be built in Dubai and Russia that have rotating floors. As cool as this looks I think I'll be more than happy in my non-moving house.

    I suppose: it could be cool if the energy of the winds thats normally just try to tilt a solid building would instead be transferred into rotation, lead to some generator.. or somethin ... who knows.. i mean, its not like there's any need for sustainable energy sources or anythin..
