   actually the cat is very smart, it realizes early that the water is flowing too hard for it to drink directly, so it lets it run over his head and drinks it as it comes down. plus he uses the water to clean himself, which cats do all the time...

  Maybe this little cat is more clever than anybody realizes! Maybe he/she is hot and has found a great way to cool off! Really seems to enjoy the sensation of water cascading from its head and ears! lol

  I love how dumb people call other things they don't understand 'dumb'. A cats tongue is unique. Dogs curl their tongue under the water and throw the water into their mouth, that's why they're messy. A cat uses physics to get the water, by flattening their tongue on the top of the water and pulling up, thus pulling a stream of water into the air which they close their mouth on.
