Instead of micromanaging his workers, he should manage his ability to walk without looking like an idiot. At the same time, glass doors are just inherently dangerous. If all the other videos on the internet that depict people walking into them are any indication, glass doors are one of the most deadly office installations in the world. It's not even close. Add coffee to the walking scenario and you're basically a dead man.
