There are mostly good cops out there and they do an incredible job. This officer works for the Vernal, Utah UHP Office and tazes then arrests a guy for not signing a speeding ticket who only was looking for a further explanation. Not to mention I am pretty sure cops still have to read our rights which he also refuses to do.

Not a good idea to try to take the law into our own hands. If this took place in the USA the guy who got beat up now has a legitimate case that he was assaulted and could take the black shirt guy to court if he was money hungry.
