D.W.I.: yes it is actually illegal to be impaired in any way and operate anything that has an engine. ie, moped, lawnmower , go kart, tractor, pocket bike , car , truck , van, and even a boat. those are called Boating while intoxicated and do not have any point violations on your license. and yes that probably is a highway by state definition, as in a local lettered highway. and now he is going to get stabbed in the face by his woman because he never made it home with her beer.

You're not allowed to drink a lawnmover on the HIGHWAY ??: Now, who is more stupid here.... does it look like a highway that the redneck is driving on ? And second, the guys said he was getting off... if he would have given him a minute.He already admitted to being drunk. And third, is it illegal to drive a lawnmover drunk ?.... b/c I don't remember reading that anywhere. COPS.... love to flex their muscles when more than half of them need their ass rightfully kicked into the next week. Now the drunk...

  @icetankzzzdude, he was not stepping off the lawnmower, he was PEEING, and was therefore not complying with the cop, whether it was a lawnmower or a truck.
