Blacks are always making excuses for their behavior. Yes, whites and others commit crimes but not at the rate of black people. And we don't excuse it. With blacks it's always whitey this, whitey that. It's not politically correct to say so but blacks are inferior in intelligence. They are incapable of building and running a modern society.
