  Um, If you noticed he stuck a Knife into the socket and shorted out the circuit. Getting electrocuted causing a tingling feeling in your arm, and shorting out a circuit causing an explosion are a little different. A spark created by that exact thing will cause metals to weld together. The mark on his hand wasn't an entry wound, it was a burn. This wasn't fake, I've seen this happen many times on commercial sites and watched co-workers singe off their eyebrows, there is usually a big flash followed by smoke

    @voo27the output is typically defined at a level that would be extremely fatal everytime from a standard outlet, not to say it's unheard of, but they are smart enough to set the volt/amp limits to a reasonably survivable level......and yes..i just typed out a reasoned explanation to a stupid comment.....i'm officially a moron.

    @voo27Its usually about 110v on a 20a circuit. it takes like 0.5a to kill you, IF it goes across you heart... OR if you freeze up on it, muscles contract and you dont let go, If someone doesnt kick you off, or hit you with a broom you'll literally fry to death..
