He obviously had to take a piss: Why doesn't the biker steer away? or was he speeding...no that never happens

      mcblunt - 3 years ago

@MediaBusterwell i mean no one really: anticipates someone to change over 2 lanes from nearly a dead stop. I am no biker but you your an idiot.

    • JaeLaw

      JaeLaw - 3 years ago

@MediaBusterwhat do you kno?: If you guys look closely he locks up his front brakes, doesn't even hit the car. He paniced and didn't use both brakes efficently.

The biker is going the SAME SPEED...: ...as ALL of the other cars. Why they hell does the title say "speeding biker." He's in the right lane going with traffic, not flying past anyone. I love how you guys are defending a DRUNK DRIVER! If that were you, your dad, brother, or anyone else who got cut off by a DRUNK DRIVER you wouldn't be haters would you? Jesus. I'm sick of break making it seem like EVERYONE on two wheels is speeding, and that motorcyclists are at fault for EVERY accident they are involved in

    • Hobbits

      Hobbits - 4 years ago

@BossMasterFlexi agree: everyone has a preconcieved notion that bikers are wreckless. Idiots.

    • Meje

      Meje - 4 years ago

@BossMasterFlexI dont necessarily think he was drunk: He looked pretty OLD - and he used his signal - I'm pretty sure we can just say "Really Old driver causes a biker to grow wings"...

    • joey_stalin

      joey_stalin - 4 years ago

@BossMasterFlexyeah: even though there is a signal you aren't allowed to change over two lanes like that.

Biker is at fault all the way...: The Bike slammed into the car, the bike should have gone around the car pulling off the side of the road.. he had plenty of time, and it was him who slammed into the back of the car.. not the car hitting the bike.

    • Hobbits

      Hobbits - 4 years ago

@Police420So you are saying: its ok to come to nearly a complete stop on a highway in the left lane and then cross 2or 3 lanes of traffic to make the turn you nearly missed? Please stay off the roads a-hole.

  • Xcelsis

    Xcelsis - 4 years ago

um: what the car did was illegal. you're not allowed to cut over two lanes of traffic like that, because you have to indicate around 30m? before you switch lanes or turn a corner. If you go across 2 lanes immediately it means you have not given adequate indication of what you are going to do.

  • the_sane_one

    the_sane_one - 4 years ago

The biker: had a clear unobstructed view of the car allowing plenty of time to slow down and avoid. As usual, the biker was speeding along without paying attention to anything but his small peepee.

  • GreatWhite14

    GreatWhite14 - 4 years ago

Fruckin' !diot: Can you go any slower, and be more confused. He's also at 45 degrees on a fast moving road. It's people like this that account for most motorcycle crashes, not the ones zipping at 120+.

Bad driving...no doubt, BUT...: Believe it or not, in most states the driver of the motorcycle would have received the ticket for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to: 1) Driving too fast for conditions, 2) Failure to avoid an accident. This is because the impact occured on the rear of the car, not the Side of the car which in most states would be considered the fault of the Rider. F'ed up, no doubt.

    • Mackabus

      Mackabus - 4 years ago

@AbsolutePower?: The motorcycle is not going any faster than any of the other traffic. Except the one car, who could be ticketed for driving too slowly. Also, just because the motorcyle hit the car from behind does not automatically put him at fault. The car cut across 2 lanes of traffic.

    • XXXthedude420XXX

      XXXthedude420XXX - 4 years ago

@AbsolutePowerabsolute power is right: the only thing this rider has going for him is the video evidence, and he would have to hope that the driver of the car is drunk, which in all cases would make him at fault. If you are at a red ligth and you are drunk and someone slams into the back of you, you are at fault. Now this only applies to the US, I don't know the laws in the country this was filmed in.
