when the officer pulled her the first time she slamed her face into the wall, and when the camera was off there was a 30min time period that you dont see, the woman went even more phsyco and she was pun in her place, everything that happened was her fault for resisting and everything was justifyed

that was not a chair in front of the camera, it was him. You could see his radio microphone cord. She did the typical drunk thing and fell face first and broke her nose.

apperantly there was an argument that the chick busted herself on the floor, and that the cop did not apperently beat her... she was later placed in a phyciatric ward

I saw this on the news, the officer had placed a chair in front of the camera, apparently while he beat her. He was fired, but not charged with any crime. But hell this took place some time ago.

If you get locked up, shut the #uck up. Don't say anything. Don't argue, don't scream, don't piss em off, but don't give them anything to work with either. If you get arrested, silence is your best friend. Think about it, cops deal with #uck-ups all day - people break the law, get arrested and argue that they did nothing wrong. Of course they don't want to listen to her bull$hit - and then she makes it worse by acting like a child about it. Stupid @itch should waited to talk to a judge...

he could have handled it differently but he did not beat her. there was nothing excessive about the force he was using and it was all on camera. drunks will be drunks. i see people end up like that all the time. i work at a bar, and she was just another drunk. im sorry she got hurt but that what stupid does to you
