This guy wipes out hard while drag racing and gets tossed out the window of his car. Before the car comes to a complete stop this guy is already back on his feet and walking to the start.

      @keennyFrm an old guy: That car was a solid machine back in 55. It might not be muc now with modifications. A five-point and a good roll cage will save your butt though - even in a crash like that. Don is one lucky SOB

      @keennyPARTLY PAPER?: you fool! the thing is, those cars we SOLID, and not made of plastic like todays cars. so that means they dont have crunch zones, like todays cars. the cars are TO SOLID.. and dont give to soften the crash. paper?? the dash is even metal, and not plastic. paper?

    What a waste if a 55 chevy: i,ve watch this over and over Don is a very lucky man and that he was able to walk away from it,what i dont get is where was the saftey crew that checks these ppl cars before thier turn lose on the strip, think Don needs to go with and automatic trannie next time,and from the sound of it he had it geared to low, i dont think he made it to the 60 foot mark tryin to shift and steer, and he was all out of shape an lost it, big mistake he should of got out of it, instead of tryin to

    WTF!!! that seat should NOT: have come out that easily and what about a seatbelt?????? i call fake or staged. that car fell apart to easily and he was losing it and stayed on the gas.....not what a REAL racer does and he never steered into the skid....Jackas$ better go out and buy a lottery ticket
