  Bunch of morons blaming the biker - its a dispatch/courier rider making a living delivering whatever urgent documents, the car changed course without looking in the mirrors, would have taken a split second!

   there is only ONE LANE! the motorcyclist is at fault, and despite the unfortunate injuries he may have suffered, he should also be responsible for any damages to the car....sorry...the truth hurts! (no pun intended!)

  Obvious that the car veers to the right hand lane to get around the car turning left and slams the innocent biker by cutting him/her off. You people need to look carefully

I dont care whether the car slammed the biker into the truck or not but it the bikers fault because he is riding literally right next to the car. He made a extremely wrong decision by thinkin he could squeeze through and go in front (in which I believe he was trying do) and he paid the price. THe biker got too close to the white car and he learned his lesson the hard way. INNOCENT my ass. All you bikers think a like.

  If you look at it closely stop and start, it almost looks like the bike ran into him. It's a weird angel but either way...what a dumbass for riding beside a car in the first place.

   The biker is clearly at fault. First of all, he has no business riding along side of the car, and the car steered to the right to avoid the stopped car ahead of him. This wasn't road rage at all......a car was simply steering around a stopped car, and some idiot on a bike had the very poor judgement of riding along the side of the car while this happened....too bad we don't have another angle of this.

    @aaaskippyAs much as I hate bikers, the car is at fault. This is a one lane road with parking on the right side. The biker is simply riding on the right side of the lane. The car is making an illegal move to avoid having to stop for a left turning car and does not see the biker who he probably thinks he has already passed. The biker could be extremely stupid and riding in the driver's blind spot for 10 minutes prior, but regardless, it is still the driver's responsibility to stop for a left turning car and not fo

    @aaaskippySkatebrd, bikes are treated the same as powered vehicles unless the rider is walking the bike, then he is treated like a pedestrian. Even pedestrians do not have the right of way over any vehicles. Everyone else should forget that he doesn't ride - Skatebrd apparently can't even drive a car.

   Who rides a motorcycle hanging on to the side of a car? Obviously, there are two lanes and the douche driving the car pulled over on him while changing lanes to go around the stopped vehicle in front of him. He ran the motorcycle out of his lane. However, the motorcycle probably could have avoided it if he had been paying better attention.
