  This could have been a lot worse.: He is actually very brave and talented for even attempting this. It was a stupid thing to do, but I can't do it nor would I even want to try. I give him an A for effort. Good job, man! But if you really wanted to do it all the way down then you should have tried just letting yourself fall back and not forcing it.
