@maegan0applepaper license: NC gives paper license initially but then will do a background check and then issue you a more permanent license. Its to keep identity theft through the DMV down to as minimal as possible.

They have you all fooled: Look at the license. It says Class: None. They are just getting ID's, not Drivers License.

@RungsiHah: I live in Richmond and I know for a fact that those are driver licenses. Number one, mine looks just like theirs. Number two, it was all over the news and there was a huge stink about it. I also have two friends that work up at the dmv on Broad street and they thought it was hilarious.

@silenceslaughtrslol: endorsements are exactly that. A company endorses your license because you don't believe your insurance is competent. The licenses in this are unfortunately real and that is why many states are calling for reformation
