   Damnit break. This is in the English Garden in Munich, Germany. It's not a broken damn. People do this every day. It's 2 miles away from where I live.

  no breaking dam: the wave is build up by a ramp in the "eisbach" river in munich/germany. The ramp is installed every summer.

  Break, you are f_ing retarded: A dam broke? or maybe youre just too stupid to know what really happened. Its Munich Germany, and people surf here all the time. Sometimes I drive by and they have video shoots there. Its a popular place, and tons of people surf there. Get the goddam story straight
