I have 2 kids of my own & both would have thought this was hilarious if done to them (at that age). Those of you that think it's cruel need to lighten up. The kids wasn't crying he was "laugh/crying" cuz his dad got him. Afterwards I bet the kid wanted him to do it again.

Some dad is a psycho. He should be tied to a post. Some people should not have the right to raise children. We are required a license to drive a car yet can screw up someone else's life without so much as having to take a class. This was truly disturbing. The fact that the kid was laughing means nothing. Kids can be taught to laugh at anything. They can be made to see abuse as normal. Please people, this is a defenseless kid.

@CVC101It aint no damn scotch tape. Plus, almost any kind of tape will atleast rip some hair out, not to mention all the pyschological effects afterward. It just seems like too high a price to pay for a cheap laugh
