  "just a second off on his timing either way he would of been dead ????": exaggerated! he'd probably bust a knee or elbow but not dead except if he's head's down first which is very unlikely because he's not inverted. the stretching out of the bungee rope actually slowed down his acceleration. simple physics

  It was aired live: I saw it on german TV live. Insane stunt. He actually was just holding the bungee, he wasn't attached to it. Otherwise he couldn't let go of it so fast. How dit that stunt look easy for some here? Try to jump from that height without any safety but just your bare hands, holding the bungee. Also you come down with such a speed, that you only have ONE chance for the right timing. He actually hurt his leg in this stunt
