This is a dumb video, if you short a car battery like that it would burn up the foil almost instantly.
@Joshua-Gleason-812on second look, theres a gap put between theres two pieces of foil there and when the guy touches the rack it shorts the battery. That flash would just be the foil burning, the human body and water have a very high resistance compared to metal so hes not really in danger of getting shocked because all the current would flow through the metal. Mostly just worry about electrical burns from the heat caused by the shorted foil.

Um, what? The foil would just short the battery and burn foil as soon as the second jumper was connected.

You could have killed that person. A car battery uses several amps more than enough to stop someones heart. I would have pressed charges against you, attempted murder. I think he still could.
