   This video is FAKE. I saw it analyzed somewhere on the net. Basically, you can see the car "ghosting" when you play it frame by frame. It's definitely fake. Oh, and the train is Dutch. So the setting for this fake video was Holland, not the US.

    @matagascarSuperior fuel efficiency!: If you accelerate about 3 MPH an hour. Otherwise you just have a civic that has to be cleaned up by a haz-mat team if you get in a bad wreck. Take for instance, getting hit by a train.
