probably red: You can't see the light but considering there was no traffic going from the left and the green just opened up, the cement truck and car likely had green left arrows. Traffic looks way too heavy for the lanes to have been empty and the red vehicle to get a running start if the red vehicle had a green too.
i'd do it: Damn, if I could do it cheap, I'd stream my car onto the internet. My job is my car and there are retards just ripe to be captured on video. You know how much the news pays for crazy videos? I stupidly had a cam in the car and didn't grab it while IDing a perp and missed a whole awesome cops/drunken idiot fight go down with mace and everything. This shit happens.: Cement truck and the car turning that got hit had a green light, the person who hit the car next to the cement truck was in the wrong, ran a red light into oncomeing turning traffic. Not fake, so put a fuckin sock in it douche.
